Who is Samuel ?

I build apps that behave, tests that never sleep, and websites that load faster than your coffee order. I am a contractor since Sep 2024, focused on end‑to‑end automation, modern full‑stack work, and delightful user experiences. I am a big AI enthusiast and I like combining my work with AI to turn products into smarter, more helpful companions. When I say end‑to‑end, I mean from the first sketch to shipping day and the monitoring after.

Short timeline

  1. Early 2023 → Late 2024

    Full‑Stack Developer

Built frontends with Next.js and TypeScript, backends with Node.js, and pipelines that didn’t break on Fridays. Learned to love clean DX, strong typing, and tiny PRs.
  2. Late 2024 → Current

    E2E Engineer & Contractor

Took ownership of reliability. I design test strategies, wire up CI/CD, and keep flaky tests away like garlic to vampires. Teams sleep better; releases ship on time.
  3. Side project → Ongoing

    VisitAI — AI Travel Companion

I created an AI assistant that looks at landmarks through your camera and explains what you are seeing. It speaks, gives historical context, and plans your trip like a friendly tour guide that never gets tired. It runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac (Apple Silicon), and Apple Vision; payments are handled with Apple Pay day‑passes and credits.
    • AI Photo Analysis with instant recognition and multi‑level detail.
    • Voice narration and location‑aware trip planning.
    • Privacy‑friendly and focused on clear, useful explanations.

What I build for people

  • Apps: production in 2–3 months, from product and UI to infrastructure and tests.
  • Websites: crisp, fast, conversion‑focused sites in under a week.
  • Automation: E2E suites, CI/CD, and performance baselines that keep shipping boring.
